The Kaohsiung Cultural Center (formally known as Chiang Kai-Shek Cultural Center) was completed in 1981 and is part of the Kaohsiung City Government Cultural Bureau. It is the main venue for art and cultural performances in Kaohsiung, making it the most artistic area of Kaohsiung. The Cultural center adopts the integration of Parktron Intelligent Parking Management System and License Plate Recognition System to provide an intelligent and convenient parking facilities.
